After data collection, best refractory solutions are determined by complex alghoritms. Our R&D department studies the interaction of thermal, physical and chemical effects on the refractory materials with well equipped laboratory, and process research with the latest technical and scientific developments. Technical support is also conducted on service site and final results are compared with post-mortem analysis methodologies. This is an continuous improvement process carried between us and our customers.
